- While FANZ eShop endeavours to be as accurate as possible on the Product Information, it cannot guarantee the Product Information is accurate, complete, reliable, updated, or error-free. Information on supply volume, prices, fees, order contents may have technical inaccuracies or typographical errors. FANZ eShop accepts no liability arising from any inaccuracy of the Product Information. Users of this Website are deemed to have accepted all the risks of using this Website and/or relying on the Product Information of this Website.

- FANZ eShop reserves the right to change the prices, fees and charges of the goods and services available on the Website at any time and from time to time without any prior notice and liability to the users of the Website.
- FANZ eShop cannot guarantee that goods or services advertised on the Website will be available when ordered or thereafter. In any event FANZ eShop reserves the right to decline or cancel Orders, decline to provide certain Products and/or Services or cancel any User account in its absolute discretion at any time without giving any reason.
- FANZ eShop has used reasonable endeavours to ensure the pricing information is accurate and most updated, however in the event that the prices of the Products and/or Services are inaccurate or not updated:
- 5.1 If the correct price is lower than the quoted price, the lower price will be charged (the difference will be refunded to the customer); or
- 5.2 If the correct price is higher than the quoted price, it is at FANZ eShop's discretion, to either contact the customer to confirm his agreement to the correct price or cancel his Order and notify him of such cancellation.
Delivery time
- Orders are processed soon after receipt to ensure that your items are shipped to you as soon as possible. You are expected to receive your orders within 4-20 business days (excluding the day placing the order) depending on the delivery country and shipping method selected.
- These are estimated delivery times only and we cannot be responsible for delays due to customs and/or duty regulations and procedures. Delivery times may vary, particularly during Christmas, Chinese New Year, Easter and other holiday periods or on strike. Although FANZ eShop cannot guarantee delivery times, we do our best to process orders as soon as possible.
- Business Days: 10:00 am - 6:00 pm Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays within Hong Kong. Orders received between Monday and Friday are usually processed by the next 3 business days. Orders received on Saturday, Sunday and public holidays are usually processed by the end of the day following the next 2 business days.
- For first time customer, the delivery time may be slightly longer due to the verification process with bank for payment authorization and security control reason.
- PLEASE NOTE: Since some of the Customs in the European countries including UK and Germany may take a relatively long time to inspect the parcels; the delivery time of some orders may take 3-4 weeks. If you encounter this problem, please contact us for more assistance.
Delivery service (Local shipping)
- Every order is only allowed one delivery address.
- No postal or courier service during public holidays, typhoon signal No. 8 or with Black Rainstorm Warning.
- Courier service is not available for Hong Kong outlying islands (Except Tung Chung).
- For delivery orders, delivery charge will be shown during placing order.
- For self-pick up orders, there will be no shipping cost. Please pickup at the below address:

Please print out and present the shipment notification E-mail. We accept written authorization letter for 3rd party to collect the goods for buyers.
The authorized person is required to present the written authorization letter with buyer’s signature, his/her HKID card or any valid passport and also buyer's passport or ID card copy upon goods collection.
Authorization letter must include the below information: order reference no., buyer and authorized person’s name (same as HKID card or any valid passport) and purchaser’s signature.

Import Taxes
When ordering from FANZ eShop you are considered as an importer and must comply with all the laws and requirements of the country in which you are receiving the items. Your orders may be subject to import duties and/or taxes and any additional charges for custom clearance must be borne by you. We have no control over these charges and do not assume responsibility for the ordered goods meeting local customs laws and/or duties and taxes. Custom policies vary widely from country to country, and you should contact your local customs office for further information.
If the package is refused due to your refusal to pay customs tax and/or duties, we will contact you for the arrangement. If the product will be refunded, you will be responsible for the return shipping charges, handling fee as re-stocking fee of 15% of the total product purchase price, and related charges. The balance will be refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase.
Undeliverable orders
Occasionally orders are returned to us as a PO Box and hotel address, incorrect address, failed delivery attempts or refused by recipient. When the delivery agent returns an undeliverable package to us, we will contact you for the arrangement. If the product will be refunded, we issue a refund by deducting the original shipping fee, handling fee as re-stocking fee of 15% of the total product purchase price, and related charges. The balance will be refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase.

Return Goods Procedure
All products are checked for quality before dispatch. Whilst we use our best efforts to ensure that the product is delivered to you in a perfect condition. If you received incorrect products, you can E-mail us within 7 days after delivery. FANZ eShop online customers service officer will be responsible to evaluate the situation, if it is FANZ eShop’s error, we will arrange goods exchange.
- Customer must request within 7 working days by E-mail after goods receipt.
- When FANZ eShop has confirmed via E-mail with you, then please pack up the return goods well together with a copy of the confirmed E-mail or delivery note. Return goods to our office: Unit 1505B, 15/F., Tower A, Manulife Financial Centre, 223 Wai Yip Street, Kwun Tong, Hong Kong.
- Any free gift product and samples should be returned together with the return goods.
- Any discount, clearance or sales product are not being accepted to return or exchange goods.
- If there is no receipt of Product Return Request Form within 7 days after delivery, both FANZ eShop and customer take the transaction as completed and we will not hold any responsibility for any claim on the product.
- We’ll notify you via E-mail of your refund once we’ve received and processed the returned product. Refund will be in the same form of payment originally used for purchase.
- In the event of dispute, FANZ eShop’s decision shall be final and non-negotiable.
